	- Fix for 4.1
	- Use a hidden parent frame to hide the Track Quest checkbox.
	- Fix digsite blobs on certain conditions when switching maps in combat.
	- Fix digsite blob position after minimizing and maximizing the map again.
	- nil out the new scale when proxying the blob frame.
	- Proxy :SetScale on the dig site blob frame as well, so it doesn't go boom in combat.
	- Fix digsite blobs when the quest panels are shown or the map is minimized.
	- Added missing fog clear data for parts of Vashjir and Twilight Highlands.
	- Only let Blizzard move the quest description if we're actually showing the quest panel on the map.
